Governing Council

Subject to the provisions of the Act, the management of  the business of Society shall be vested in the Governing Council which may exercise all such powers and do all such acts and things as the Society, by these Regulations or otherwise authorized to exercise and do and are not hereby or by the Act or otherwise directed or required to be exercised or done by the Society in General Meeting but subject nevertheless to the provisions of the Act  or these regulations not being inconsistent with the Act or rules from time to time made by the Society in General Meeting, provided that no such Regulation shall invalidate any prior act of the Governing Council which would not have been invalid if such Regulations had not been made.

Sri Basavaraj Rayareddi, Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education is the Chairman of the Governing Council.
